Description:

Car is based on 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR. Build was performed on zero miles street car without any damage. There has been no damage post build as well. The car fits the GT rules as it sits, but can be substantially faster if it were not to conform with little if any expense. There has been no expense spared in the build, using the best available hardware or fabricating hardware where there was not a suitable item available. Chassis: Tub was stripped bare of all sound deadening, paint, undercoating etc. Stitch welded throughout, with all bracketry/ hardware not required removed. The roll cage is of GT car quality and specification. Suspension: Moton 3 way shocks/ struts, custom dimensions and valving. Fabricated control arms, steering arms, tubular adjustable sway bars, subframes, differential, engine and transmission mounts. Eibach ERS main and helper springs. Pillow mount rear and camber plate front. 18 x 10.5 Enkei NT03+M wheels and Toyo 275/35-18 tires. Brake system: Alcon, 6 piston mono block front, 4 piston rear calipers, 15"/ 14': floating rotors, PFC pads, braided lines, Tilton floor mount pedal assembly, individual master cylinders, dash bias control. Drivetrain: Custom differentials, front, center and rear. Tilton carbon clutch, 5sp. transmission with alternate gearing.Engine: 2.3 liter David Buschur long block, Garret turbocharger, AEM stand alone engine management, fabricated, intake, radiator, intercooler, plumbing. Makes ~ 530 h.p. on 21 lbs boost and 98 Octane gas ( per WCGT rules ). Capable of well over 600 with current parts and higher octane gas/ boost/ matching tune. Motor has never been overreved, under oiled or overheated. Exterior: Custom dry carbon wing, carbon hood/ trunk lid/ front fenders. Lexan MR10 windows, all including windshield. Custom splitter per WCGT rules Other: Racetech 4009HRV seat, Schroth harnesses, SPA fire system. AIM MXL Pro dash/ logger, Fuel Safe fuel cell with dual internal pumps/ collector box. Custom wiring loom ( less than 4 lbs for whole car ). Car weights 2450 lbs ready to race w/o fuel and driver. It can easily loose another 80 lbs with composite doors. Car has about 10 hrs. since build. Needs nothing and is ready to race. There are a million details/ parts not mentioned that make up the car.
