An excellent period 1971 911 Race Car, on the button and ready to compete. Eligible for all historic based series.

Based on an original 1971 911 S 2.2 Coupe with Chassis number verification to prove, and fitted with a genuine 2.7 RS 911/83 engine and gearbox.

Complete with FIA barcode paperwork, CSAI Italian papers and even a very rare copy of the original homologation papers.

Converted to a race car years ago from an extremely straight shell, this car raced in the Swiss Porsche series for many years. The car has never suffered any major damage.

Shell:

Lightweight metal front and rear wings

GRP bonnet and engine lid

FIA full roll cage

Interior:

Sparco pro 2000 FIA race seats

Fire extinguisher

All original dials with 7200rpm tacho

Brake bias adjuster

Suspension and Brakes:

Bilstein shock absorbers and inserts

Upgraded anti roll bars front and rear

3.0 RS spec vented brakes

7 and 8 x 15" Fuchs style wheels with Toyo R888's

Engine:

Original 2.7 RS 911/83 engine.

Rebuilt in 2007 due to cracked block with all genuine RS parts, blank RS crank cases, all new bearings, gaskets and seals. Heads, cam cover, MFI system, all date stamped as original 2.7 RS. Very little use since.

Transmission:

915 transmission with LSD.

A well presented, historic 911, ready to compete in a most historic race series.
